Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin.

In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Whisk in eggs, granulated sugar, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine plain flour, baking powder, and salt.

Fold dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
