Instructions
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
Season shrimp lightly with salt and black pepper.
Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge shrimp in flour, dip into egg, then coat thoroughly in panko.
Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
Fry shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with creamy dipping sauce.
