Instructions
In a bowl, whisk eggs with whole milk and melted unsalted butter.
Add buckwheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease if necessary.
Cook waffles until crisp on the outside and cooked through.
Toast pine nuts lightly in a dry pan until golden.
Whip Greek yoghurt until smooth and airy.
Serve waffles topped with whipped yoghurt, fresh figs, and toasted pine nuts.
Finish with a light sprinkle of grated coconut if desired.
