Instructions
Mix ground beef with garlic, ginger, egg, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Form into small meatballs.
Heat vegetable oil and brown meatballs on all sides.
In a pan, combine remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Simmer until thick, then toss meatballs in glaze.
Serve over fresh greens with carrots and tomatoes.
Serve remaining glaze as a dipping sauce.
