Instructions
Cook basmati rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
Add garlic and chilli flakes and stir-fry briefly until fragrant.
Add pork mince and stir-fry until cooked and lightly caramelised.
Stir in soy sauce and a splash of water to coat the pork.
Add fresh basil leaves and toss quickly until wilted.
In a separate pan, fry the egg in hot oil until the edges are crispy and the yolk is still runny.
Serve the basil pork over rice and top with the crispy fried egg.
