Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C .
Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into a tart pan.
Bake crust for 8-10 minutes and let it cool.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Pour filling into the crust and bake for 40-50 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with fresh raspberries, strawberries, sliced figs, mint leaves, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
