Instructions
Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Lightly sauté or boil peeled shrimp until pink and cooked through.
Arrange noodles in a bowl. Add shrimp, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced fresh mushrooms, shredded nori, and fresh cilantro.
Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on top.
Optionally, drizzle with a light soy sauce, sesame oil, or a tangy poke dressing.
Garnish with microgreens or edible leaves for a fresh finish.
Serve immediately and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
