Instructions
Season chicken wings with salt and black pepper.
Bake or fry wings until fully cooked and crispy.
In a pan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Simmer sauce for 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
Add cooked wings to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot.
