Instructions
Season beef with cumin, paprika, ground coriander, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the beef on all sides.
Add a splash of water, cover, and simmer gently for 40–45 minutes until tender.
Shred the beef and return to the pan to coat in the spiced juices.
Cook basmati rice according to package instructions.
Chop lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and red onion for the salad.
Warm pita bread briefly.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef shawarma, salad, hummus, and pita.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve with lemon wedges.
