Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry
Brown Onion
Bell Pepper
Courgette
Carrots
Mushrooms
Soy Sauce
Honey
Cornstarch
Spring Onion
Fresh Coriander
Basmati Rice

Heat a drizzle of oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.

Add sliced onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add sliced bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and sliced carrot and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Mix together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 more minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with chopped scallions or cilantro.
