Korean-style Beef Noodle Bowl

  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Cut the beef into 2cm chunks.

  • Heat a frying pan on high heat. Add a Teaspoon of oil.

  • Fry the beef for 2 minutes, turning halfway.

  • Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package.

  • In the same pan as the beef, add garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, and honey.

  • Add cornflour and stir until the sauce thickens.

  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir for one minute.

  • Top with chopped spring onions, chilli, and sesame seeds.
