Korean-style Beef Noodle Bowl
Beef Steak
Honey
Chilli Sauce
Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Garlic Clove
Cornstarch
Egg Noodles
Spring Onion
Sesame Seeds

Bring a pot of water to boil. Cut the beef into 2cm chunks.

Heat a frying pan on high heat. Add a Teaspoon of oil.

Fry the beef for 2 minutes, turning halfway.

Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package.

In the same pan as the beef, add garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, and honey.

Add cornflour and stir until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir for one minute.

Top with chopped spring onions, chilli, and sesame seeds.
