Breaded Mushroom Burger with Sweet Chili Sauce

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F, gas mark 6).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine the flour with water to make a think liquid

Dip each mushroom cap into flour mixture, and then the breadcrumbs.

Place the breaded mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the crispy mushroom, a generous amount of sweet chili sauce, and top with the bun.
