Iceberg Lettuce Tomatoes Red Onions Vegan Mayonnaise
  • Spread a layer of vegan mayonnaise on one slice of bread.

  • Layer fresh lettuce and tomato slices on top of the mayonnaise.

  • Add slices of plant-based deli meat (vegan alternative).

  • Top with thin slices of red onion for added crunch and flavor.

  • Place the second slice of bread on top and press lightly.

  • Cut the sandwich in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
