Vegan Mayonnaise

Spread a layer of vegan mayonnaise on one slice of bread.

Layer fresh lettuce and tomato slices on top of the mayonnaise.

Add slices of plant-based deli meat (vegan alternative).

Top with thin slices of red onion for added crunch and flavor.

Place the second slice of bread on top and press lightly.
