  • Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the paneer until golden on all sides. Set aside.

  • In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.

  • Stir in the ground spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) and cook for a minute.

  • Return the paneer to the pan. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

  • Stir in the cream, adjusting the seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Serve with rice or naan.
