Paneer Curry

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the paneer until golden on all sides. Set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onions until golden. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.

Stir in the ground spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala) and cook for a minute.

Return the paneer to the pan. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

Stir in the cream, adjusting the seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Serve with rice or naan.
