Tortillas Eggs Bacon Cheddar Cheese Avocado
  • Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the bacon until crispy.

  • Remove the bacon from the frying pan and set aside. In the same frying pan, crack the eggs and cook to desired doneness.

  • Warm the tortilla in the microwave or on a griddle.

  • Assemble the wrap by placing the bacon, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, and salsa onto the tortilla. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll from the bottom up to form the wrap. Serve hot.
