Teriyaki Beef Noodle Stir Fry

Bell Pepper Garlic Clove Beef Mince Green Beans Ginger Teriyaki Sauce Egg Noodles
  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the noodles per the packet instructions.

  • Prepare the vegetables. Crush the garlic, grate the ginger. Slice the pepper, trim the green beans and cut in half.

  • Heat a frying pan on high. Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes, until brown.

  • Add the pepper and green beans then cook for 5 minutes.

  • Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  • Add the noodles to the vegetables and stir in the teriyaki sauce. Cook for a further 3 minutes.

  • Split the beef noodles between two bowls.
