Teriyaki Beef Noodle Stir Fry
Bell Pepper
Garlic Clove
Beef Mince
Green Beans
Ginger
Teriyaki Sauce
Egg Noodles

Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the noodles per the packet instructions.

Prepare the vegetables. Crush the garlic, grate the ginger. Slice the pepper, trim the green beans and cut in half.

Heat a frying pan on high. Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes, until brown.

Add the pepper and green beans then cook for 5 minutes.

Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the noodles to the vegetables and stir in the teriyaki sauce. Cook for a further 3 minutes.

Split the beef noodles between two bowls.
