  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Cut potatoes into wedges, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the vegetarian kebabs by mixing vegetarian ground beef with minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Shape the mixture into small logs or patties.

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the kebabs until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  • Warm the pita bread in the oven for a few minutes.

  • Prepare the wrap by laying out the warmed pita bread. Add a layer of chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes.

  • Place the cooked vegetarian kebabs on top of the vegetables.

  • Add the baked fries on top of the kebabs.

  • Drizzle with tzatziki sauce or your favorite yogurt-based sauce.

  • Wrap up the pita bread around the fillings and serve immediately.
