Grilled Halloumi Wrap with Greek Yogurt

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  • Slice the halloumi into 1/4-inch thick slices.

  • Grill the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown grill marks appear.

  • Warm the flatbreads according to package instructions.

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano, plum tomatoes, cucumber slices, lettuce leaves, and Kalamata olives.

  • Assemble the wraps: Spread a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt on each flatbread.
