Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery; cook until softened.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in vegetable stock and diced tomatoes with their juice, bring to a boil.

Add chopped green beans, diced zucchini, and drained and rinsed kidney beans; simmer until vegetables are tender.

Stir in chopped spinach and cooked small pasta; season with salt and pepper to taste.
