Small Tortillas
Mexican Spice
Tomato Puree

Cook the vegan sausages according to package instructions. Once cooked, mince them.

In a pan, heat a bit of oil and add the mince.

Add Mexican spice, garlice and tomato puree to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Warm the small wraps in a dry pan or microwave according to package instructions.

Assemble the wraps: Place lettuce and then a generous spoonful of the vegan sausage mixture onto each wrap.
