  • Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.

  • Cut potatoes into wedges and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Roast for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

  • Cook Meatless Farm Burger Patty according to package instructions.

  • Toast burger bun lightly in the oven.

  • Assemble burger by placing cooked patty in the bun and adding any desired toppings (e.g. lettuce, tomato, onion, vegan cheese, etc.).

  • For the side salad, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and toss to combine.

  • Serve burger with crispy potato wedges and side salad on the side.
