Meatless Farm Burger with Chips and Side Salad

Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.

Cut potatoes into wedges and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Roast for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Cook Meatless Farm Burger Patty according to package instructions.

Toast burger bun lightly in the oven.

Assemble burger by placing cooked patty in the bun and adding any desired toppings (e.g. lettuce, tomato, onion, vegan cheese, etc.).

For the side salad, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and toss to combine.

Serve burger with crispy potato wedges and side salad on the side.
