BBQ Cheeseburger with Wedges and Coleslaw

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil.

  • Bake the potatoes for 35 minutes, turning them halfway through.

  • In a bowl, mix the pork mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, and mixed herbs.

  • Divide the mince into two equal portions and form them into patties. Place them on a baking tray.

  • Bake the patties in the oven for 20 minutes.

  • Split the burger buns in half and toast them if desired.

  • Assemble the burgers by placing the bottom bun on a plate, followed by the patty, cheese, BBQ sauce, and top bun.

  • Serve the burgers with the potato wedges and coleslaw on the side.
