BBQ Cheeseburger with Wedges and Coleslaw

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil.

Bake the potatoes for 35 minutes, turning them halfway through.

In a bowl, mix the pork mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, and mixed herbs.

Divide the mince into two equal portions and form them into patties. Place them on a baking tray.

Bake the patties in the oven for 20 minutes.

Split the burger buns in half and toast them if desired.

Assemble the burgers by placing the bottom bun on a plate, followed by the patty, cheese, BBQ sauce, and top bun.

Serve the burgers with the potato wedges and coleslaw on the side.
