Gnocchi with Spinach and Tomato Sauce

Gnocchi Parmesan Chopped Tomatoes Spinach Shallot Garlic Clove Chilli Flakes
  • Boil the gnocchi according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  • In a large pan, sauté the shallots and garlic in olive oil until translucent.

  • Add the chopped tomatoes and chilli flakes, simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.

  • Add the gnocchi to the pan, toss with the sauce to heat through.

  • Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
