Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.

Dice the onion, crush the garlic.

Add the tomatoes, onion to a roasting try and bake for 15 minutes.

Heat a frying pan on high heat. Once hot add the chickpeas with a drizzle of oil and fry for 5 minutes

Crush the chick peas with a fork and mix with lemon juice

Cut the feta into cubes

Heat your flatbread with a toaster.

Top with the chickpeas, then the tomato and onion mixture. Finish with the olives, feta and basil.
