Red Onions Cherry Tomatoes Chickpeas Garlic Clove Lemon Flatbread Mixed Olives Feta Dried basil
  • Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.

  • Dice the onion, crush the garlic.

  • Add the tomatoes, onion to a roasting try and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Heat a frying pan on high heat. Once hot add the chickpeas with a drizzle of oil and fry for 5 minutes

  • Crush the chick peas with a fork and mix with lemon juice

  • Cut the feta into cubes

  • Heat your flatbread with a toaster.

  • Top with the chickpeas, then the tomato and onion mixture. Finish with the olives, feta and basil.
