Juicy Pork and Apple Burgers

Chips Pork Mince Cheddar Cheese Breadcrumbs Apple Burger Buns Mixed Herbs Coleslaw Apple Jam
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Place the frozen chips on a baking tray and cook them according to the packet instructions.

  • Grate the apple and mix it in a bowl with the mixed herbs, breadcrumbs, and pork mince. Combine everything thoroughly.

  • Divide the mixture into two even balls, then flatten them to form burger patties. Place them on a lined burger tray.

  • Bake the patties in the oven for 15 minutes. Grate the cheddar cheese.

  • When there are two minutes left on the cooking time, remove the patties from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

  • Place the patties back into the oven to melt the cheese. At the same time, put the burger buns in the oven to toast.

  • Serve the burgers on the buns, topped with apple jam. Enjoy with coleslaw and the cooked chips.

  • Split the chips between two plates. Add the burger in the bun and top with Apple Jam.
