BBQ Sausage and Veggie Skewers with Paprika Wedges and Cheesy Spring Onions

Cut the potatoes into wedges. Place onto a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the potatoes at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 35 minutes, turning halfway through.

Chop the peppers and onions into large chunks. Cut the sausages into 4 pieces.

Thread the sausages and vegetables onto the bamboo skewers.

Brush the skewers with BBQ sauce and sprinkle with paprika.

Place the skewers onto a baking tray and bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.

Place the cooked wedges onto two plates and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and sliced spring onions.
