Wrap Pizza

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Place 4 large tortilla wraps on a baking sheet. Spread each wrap evenly with 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, leaving a small border around the edges.

Thinly slice 1 red onion and scatter over the wraps. Halve a handful of cherry tomatoes and distribute them across the wraps as well.

Wash and roughly chop a handful of kale, then sprinkle it over the tomatoes.

Grate 200 grams of mozzarella cheese and evenly distribute it over the top of each wrap.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden and the edges of the wraps are crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into quarters.

Serve immediately, enjoying the crispy, cheesy goodness!
