Creamy Vodka Penne

Penne Tomato Passata Vodka Double Cream Garlic Clove Chilli Flakes Parmesan
  • Cook penne pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

  • In a separate pan, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.

  • Add tomato sauce and vodka, stir and bring to a simmer.

  • Add heavy cream and stir until well combined.

  • Simmer for a few minutes, then add salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and toss until the pasta is coated in sauce.

  • Serve hot with grated parmesan cheese on top.
