Sesame Cauliflower with Rice
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
-
In a bowl, mix flour, water, salt, and pepper to make a batter. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and then coat with breadcrumbs.
-
Place the breaded cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
-
While the cauliflower is baking, cook the rice according to package instructions.
-
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.
-
Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the sauce until well coated.
-
Serve the sesame cauliflower over a bed of rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
