Halloumi Skewers

Halloumi Brown Onion Bell Pepper Cherry Tomatoes Rocket Tzatziki Potatoes Gyros seasoning
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Chop the potatoes into wedges. Place the wedges onto a baking tray. Drizzle with oil and bake for 35 minutes.

  • Chop the halloumi, onion, and peppers into bite-sized chunks. Add it all to a bowl.

  • Add the seasoning to the bowl and coat everything.

  • Make the skewers. Alternate between pepper, onion, and halloumi.

  • Place the skewers onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Chop the tomatoes and add to the rocket.

  • To serve, add the skewers and wedges. Place the salad on the side and add a dollop of tzatziki.
