Spicy Rogan Josh Beef Curry with Toasted Almonds
Bell Pepper
Chicken Stock
Beef Mince
Basmati Rice
Greek Yoghurt
Tomato Passata
Garlic Clove
Flaked Almonds
Rogan Josh Paste

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the Basmati rice, bring to boil then reduce heat. Cook for 12 minutes.

Cut the pepper into strips and crush the garlic. Toast the flaked almonds and then set aside.

Heat a frying pan on high heat. Cook the beef mince for 5 minutes, until brown.

Add the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and rogan josh paste. Fry for one minute.

Add the tomato passata, the chicken stock and 50ml of water.

Split the cooked rice into two bowls and top with the spicy beef curry. Add the yoghurt on the side and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
