Spicy Rogan Josh Beef Curry with Toasted Almonds

Bell Pepper Chicken Stock Beef Mince Basmati Rice Greek Yoghurt Tomato Passata Garlic Clove Flaked Almonds Rogan Josh Paste
  • Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the Basmati rice, bring to boil then reduce heat. Cook for 12 minutes.

  • Cut the pepper into strips and crush the garlic. Toast the flaked almonds and then set aside.

  • Heat a frying pan on high heat. Cook the beef mince for 5 minutes, until brown.

  • Add the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.

  • Add the garlic and rogan josh paste. Fry for one minute.

  • Add the tomato passata, the chicken stock and 50ml of water.

  • Split the cooked rice into two bowls and top with the spicy beef curry. Add the yoghurt on the side and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
