Preheat a grill to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

Cook the bacon and sausage patty according to package instructions.

Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook to your desired level of doneness.

Slice the bap in half and toast the cut sides under the grill.

Assemble the sandwich by placing the sausage patty, bacon, and egg on the bottom half of the roll. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and the top half of the roll.

Place the assembled sandwich back under the grill to melt the cheese and warm through. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Serve hot.
