Bread Rolls Bacon Eggs Sausages Cheddar Cheese Unsalted Butter
  • Preheat a grill to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

  • Cook the bacon and sausage patty according to package instructions.

  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and cook to your desired level of doneness.

  • Slice the bap in half and toast the cut sides under the grill.

  • Assemble the sandwich by placing the sausage patty, bacon, and egg on the bottom half of the roll. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese and the top half of the roll.

  • Place the assembled sandwich back under the grill to melt the cheese and warm through. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Serve hot.
