Loaded Baked Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.

Wash the baking potatoes and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel. Use a fork to poke several holes all over the potatoes. Rub the potatoes with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle them with a pinch of salt.

Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the skins are crispy.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Use a sharp knife to cut a cross into the top of each potato.

Fluff the insides of the potatoes with a fork. Add butter to each potato, along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.

Top the potatoes with baked beans and grated cheddar cheese.
