Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Bell Pepper
Garlic Clove
Spring Onion
Egg Noodles
Beef Mince
Sugar Snap Peas
Black Bean Sauce

Prepare your vegetables. Cut the pepper into strips. Crush the garlic. Slice the spring onions.

Bring a pot of water to boil. When boiling, cook the noodles as per the instructions on the package.

Heat a frying pan. Once hot, add the beef and cook for 6 minutes. Add the pepper and sugar snap peas. Fry for 4 minutes.

Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Stir in the noodles and black bean sauce. Add water if the beef is dry.

Split the noodle into two bowls. Top with spring onions.
