Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

  • Prepare your vegetables. Cut the pepper into strips. Crush the garlic. Slice the spring onions.

  • Bring a pot of water to boil. When boiling, cook the noodles as per the instructions on the package.

  • Heat a frying pan. Once hot, add the beef and cook for 6 minutes. Add the pepper and sugar snap peas. Fry for 4 minutes.

  • Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.

  • Stir in the noodles and black bean sauce. Add water if the beef is dry.

  • Split the noodle into two bowls. Top with spring onions.
