Pork Mince Sour Cream Mexican Spice Tomato Puree Chicken Stock Baby Gem Lettuce Cheddar Cheese Lime Tomatoes Tortillas
  • Chop the tomato into chunks. Crush the garlic. Slice the lettuce into strips.

  • Half the lime and grate the cheese.

  • Heat a frying pan on high. Add the pork mince and fry for 5 minutes.

  • Add the garlic, Mexican spice mix, and tomato puree. Fry for 1 minute.

  • Add 50ml water and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes.

  • Place two tortillas onto a plate each. Split the pork mince evenly. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.
