Spicy Egg Noodle Ramen
-
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add 200 grams of egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions, usually 4-5 minutes, then drain.
-
While the noodles are cooking, heat a small pan over medium heat. Crack 2 eggs into the pan and fry them to your liking, either scrambled or sunny-side up.
-
Prepare the ramen seasoning mix in a bowl. If you're using a packet, follow the instructions to mix it with the right amount of hot water. Alternatively, blend 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken or vegetable bouillon powder, a pinch of garlic powder, and a dash of pepper.
-
Slice 2 spring onions and 1 small chili pepper.
-
Place the cooked noodles in a bowl. Pour the prepared ramen seasoning over the noodles. Top with the cooked eggs.
-
Garnish with the sliced spring onions and chili pepper for added spice.
-
Serve hot, stirring everything together just before eating to combine the flavors.
