Thai Pork Tacos with Cucumber Salsa
Tortillas
Soy Sauce
Granulated Sugar
Cucumber
Baby Gem Lettuce
Salted Peanuts
Pork Mince
Thai Spice
Ginger
Garlic Clove
Cheddar Cheese

Heat a frying pan on high. Add the pork mince and cook for 5 minutes until brown.

Slice the cucumber. Crush the peanuts. Slice the lettuce. Grate the ginger and crush the garlic.

Add the Thai spice, ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for 30 seconds.

Add two tablespoons of water, soy sauce and sugar. Stir together and cook for 2 minutes.

Split the mince between all tortillas, top with the salsa and then grate the cheese over.
