Beef Mince Mexican Spice Taco Boats Iceberg Lettuce Cheddar Cheese Salsa
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  • Add the taco seasoning and water according to the seasoning package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • While the beef is simmering, prepare the taco boats by placing them on a serving plate.

  • Chop the lettuce and set aside.

  • Once the beef is done, assemble the taco boats by adding a layer of chopped lettuce to each boat.

  • Top with the seasoned beef mixture.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.

  • Add a spoonful of salsa on top of each taco boat.

  • Serve immediately.
