Baked Gnocchi with Tomato and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the tomato sauce to the pan and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and mix well to coat with the sauce.

Transfer the gnocchi and sauce mixture to a baking dish.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and dollops of ricotta cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
