Curried Sate Noodles

Egg Noodles Curry Powder Satay Sauce Garlic Clove Ginger Brown Onion Mushrooms Spinach Bell Pepper Peanuts Lime
  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Dice the onion, chope the pepper into strips and then thinly slice then mushrooms.

  • In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

  • Add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until softened.

  • Add mushrooms and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.

  • Stir in the curry powder, sate sauce, water, and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are coated and heated through.

  • Divide the noodles among serving bowls and top with the vegetable mixture.

  • Garnish with chopped peanuts, and lime wedges.
