  • Start by preparing the sauce. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until well combined. Set aside.

  • Cut 400 grams of paneer into cubes or strips. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the paneer and fry until golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 sliced chili until the onion becomes translucent, about 3 minutes. Add 150 grams of mangetout and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Return the paneer to the pan, pour the honey-soy sauce over the top, and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

  • While the paneer is cooking, grill the broccoli. Cut 1 head of broccoli into florets, drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt, and grill on medium heat until charred and tender, about 6-8 minutes.

  • Serve the honey-soy glazed paneer over cooked rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with sliced spring onions. Place the grilled broccoli on the side.

  • Serve hot and enjoy the blend of flavors.
