  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

  • Slice the halloumi and courgette, and chop the onion and pepper.

  • Mix gochujang, crushed garlic, and honey in a bowl to create the sauce.

  • Spread the gochujang sauce over the flatbread.

  • Top with sliced halloumi, courgette, onion, and pepper. Sprinkle mixed herbs over the top.

  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the cheese is golden.

  • Serve hot, drizzled with a bit more honey if desired.
