Beef Burrito with Tortilla Chips

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and water according to the seasoning package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.

While the beef is simmering, cook the rice according to package instructions.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet.

Assemble the burritos by placing a layer of cooked rice in the center of each tortilla.

Add the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and salsa on top of the rice.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to form a burrito.

Serve the burritos with tortilla chips on the side.
