Beef Burrito with Tortilla Chips

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  • Add the taco seasoning and water according to the seasoning package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • While the beef is simmering, cook the rice according to package instructions.

  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet.

  • Assemble the burritos by placing a layer of cooked rice in the center of each tortilla.

  • Add the seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and salsa on top of the rice.

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to form a burrito.

  • Serve the burritos with tortilla chips on the side.
