Bacon, Brie, and Cranberry Grilled Cheese

Bacon Brie cheese Panini Cranberry sauce Unsalted Butter
  • Cook 4 strips of bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

  • Slice 4-6 thin slices of brie cheese.

  • Half and toast the paninis until lightly browned.

  • Spread cranberry sauce on two slices of the toasted bread.

  • Top the cranberry sauce with the slices of brie cheese.

  • Crumble the cooked bacon and divide it evenly over the brie cheese.

  • Butter the tops of the paninis.

  • Top with the remaining slices of toasted bread and press down gently.

  • Cut the paninis in half and serve while still warm.
