Bacon, Brie, and Cranberry Grilled Cheese
Bacon
Brie cheese
Panini
Cranberry sauce
Unsalted Butter

Cook 4 strips of bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Slice 4-6 thin slices of brie cheese.

Half and toast the paninis until lightly browned.

Spread cranberry sauce on two slices of the toasted bread.

Top the cranberry sauce with the slices of brie cheese.

Crumble the cooked bacon and divide it evenly over the brie cheese.

Butter the tops of the paninis.

Top with the remaining slices of toasted bread and press down gently.

Cut the paninis in half and serve while still warm.
