Veggie Omelette Delight

Eggs Bell Pepper Tomatoes
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.

  • Cut the pepper and tomato into small pieces.

  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the vegetables and fry for 7 minutes, until soft.

  • Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate.
