Bell Pepper
Tomatoes

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.

Cut the pepper and tomato into small pieces.

Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the vegetables and fry for 7 minutes, until soft.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

Fold the omelette in half and slide it onto a plate.
