Eggs Unsalted Butter Plain Flour Baking Powder Caster Sugar Whole milk
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and caster sugar. Mix well.

  • In a separate small bowl, beat the egg and add it to the dry ingredients.

  • Add the milk and butter to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  • Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add a spoonful of batter.

  • Cook the pancake for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional minute on the other side.

  • Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.

  • Serve the pancakes as a stack and top with your preferred toppings.
