  • Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.

  • Place the pizza base a baking tray or pizza stone.

  • Spread sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

  • Tear mozzarella cheese into small pieces and scatter over the sauce.

  • Place on the pepperoni.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Slice and serve hot.
