Potatoes Bell Pepper Bell Pepper Brown Onion Chinese Five Spice
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

  • Peel and slice the potatoes into chips or fries.

  • Toss the chips in olive oil, salt, pepper, and Chinese five-spice powder.

  • Spread the chips on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • While the chips are baking, slice the onions and peppers into thin strips.

  • In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and peppers until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Once the chips are done, toss them together with the sautéed onions and peppers.

  • Serve the salt and pepper chips immediately, garnished with extra pepper if desired.
