Spicy Ciabatta Salad with Tomatoes and Feta

Baby Leaf Mix

Tear the ciabatta into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add baby plum tomatoes and baby leaf mix to the bowl.

Crumble feta cheese over the salad ingredients.

In a blender or food processor, combine coriander, parsley, garlic, green chilli, sugar, ground cumin, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Blend until you have a smooth dressing.
