Veggie Loaded Flatbread

Flatbread Iceberg Lettuce Tomatoes Mayonnaise Brown Onion Bell Pepper Mushrooms
  • Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.

  • While the flatbread is warming, prepare the veggies. Thinly slice lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms.

  • Spread a layer of mayo on the warmed flatbread.

  • Arrange the sliced lettuce and tomatoes

  • Fry the onions, peppers, and mushrooms until soft.

  • Add the harrisa sauce to the fry pan and stir well.

  • Add the harrisa veg to the flatbread.

  • Fold or roll the flatbread to encase the veggies and serve immediately.
