Veggie Loaded Flatbread
Flatbread
Iceberg Lettuce
Tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Brown Onion
Bell Pepper
Mushrooms

Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.

While the flatbread is warming, prepare the veggies. Thinly slice lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms.

Spread a layer of mayo on the warmed flatbread.

Arrange the sliced lettuce and tomatoes

Fry the onions, peppers, and mushrooms until soft.

Add the harrisa sauce to the fry pan and stir well.

Add the harrisa veg to the flatbread.

Fold or roll the flatbread to encase the veggies and serve immediately.
